Pork 42% trim combo, Pork tenderloin and Choice flank steak are trading below their three week ranges. Ground beef 73% broke its run higher and closed down. The Choice/Select spread widened $4.02 to $22.20/cwt, so trading down to Select saves more. Bone-in sirloin has closed lower four days in a row. Wednesday's cattle kill 98,000 head, 17% under a year ago.
