Pork outsides, pork trim w/trace combo and Choice outside skirt are trading below their three week ranges. The whole ham has lost 21% in three weeks, and the cuts from it are following. Fresh 85CL Trimmings fell again, the same direction they have moved all week. Beef and pork split: the Choice cutout rose 1.35 while the pork carcass fell 1.23, in $/cwt. The Choice/Select spread narrowed $3.45 to $18.03/cwt. Fresh 90CL Trimmings have closed lower four days in a row. Wednesday's cattle kill 110,000 head, 8% under a year ago.
